Description

We manufacture the right buckle for every belt.

By working with one of the largest First Tier Suppliers in the belt sector, we use locks from the current series automotive sector. Our locks consist of a “one-piece PP shell”, which eliminates the need for a time-consuming ultrasonic welding process of the shells and thus increases the stability.

All our 2-point and 3-point belts can be combined with all our buckles with webbing, bracket and wire.

We offer single and double wire buckles.

Single wire buckles areflexible in X/Y-direction and adapt to the sitting position of the passenger after the fastening.

Double wire buckles are flexible to Y-direction and adapt accordingly.

The process of the fastening of the belt is possible with one hand since the buckle does not have to be held and the head of the buckle is vertically upwards.

The riveting is done by steel rivets which are riveted in by a radial tumbler with a time-way-control.

Buckles with wire are available in different versions and lengths. We are glad to offer you on request special solutions as well.
